Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she studied the flute piano as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. Lennox lived on an allowance for students and went in part-time jobs to increase her budget. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents aren't the same as those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other routes she could choose. Lennox started her professional career in 1976 as a member of the group called Dragons Playground. However, she left shortly before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent contest. The singer was lead vocalist to The Tourists (a British popband) between 1977 and 1980. It was during this time that she got to know Dave Stewart with whom she will form her pop group Eurythmics. Lennox then went on to release her first solo album Diva. The album came out in 1992. This album became a huge achievement with regard to sales and critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album debuted on October 31, 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is composed of Lennox's most loved soul, jazz and blues songs of her youth. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four piano improvisations was published by Lennox in May of 2019. This E.P. The E.P. is her first solo album, and is a sequel to her art work made at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art named Now I Let You Go... Annie Lennox born December 25 1954 is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and music producer and singer. The Tourists had a minor popularity in the latter part of the 1970s. Lennox, along with Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, went on to gain international recognition in the 1980s with the Eurythmics. The album that Lennox released in 1992 Diva produced many successful songs, including Why as well as Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is the album she recorded as her first studio album in 1995. It has covers of songs like No MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. Her solo catalog includes six studio albums, as well as one compilation album.
