Mrs. Rivas is a bilingual and bicultural clinical social worker who has more than 13 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. She has experience working with many different populations which includes LGBTQ+ people, substance addicts and victims of violence from intimate partners. Ms. Rivas serves Erie Patients from the year 2019. Telehealth services are currently available for patients in the Behavioral Health. Ms. Rivas, who is a member of the Behavioral Healthcare Perinatal team that works with postpartum and pre-natal women, offers trauma-informed therapy to adults. She is also a specialist in trauma care. She also offers Group and individual therapy, Medication-assisted treatment program, referral for specialty care, Women's support group. Amanda is a tireless advocate for finding permanent homes for animals in need by being an Best Friends Animal Society Volunteer. She shares the Best Friends motto, Save Them ALL and wants to see Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city. Amanda is someone who makes the best of every day.
